Marine Corps Seeks Contractor to Deliver and Install AV Equipment at Fort Johnson


CHARLESTON, SC--(Marketwired - December 12, 2016) - The U.S. Marine Corps released on Monday, December 12 a solicitation for a contractor to provide, deliver, and install new audio and visual equipment for the Field Medical Service School (FMTB-E) at Camp Johnson.

The proposed acquisition is a 100% set aside for small business concerns. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this requirement is 334310, Audio and Video Equipment Manufacturing, and the small business size standard is 750 employees.

The Government intends to award this contract using simplified acquisition procedures, in accordance with FAR subpart 13.0, issue a single firm-fixed price purchase order on an "all or none" basis for all items, and base award on Best Value to the Government utilizing Trade-Off considering price and other factors.

Interested contractors must submit via e-mail offers to Contract Specialist William F. Hart at william.f.hart@usmc.mil. Interested contractors also must agree to implement the Department of Defense web-based software application Wide Area Workflow Receipt and Acceptance (WAWF-RA) at https://wawf.eb.mil/.

To receive the contract, contractors must be registered with the System for Award Management (SAM) database, and have as part of the Registration all current Representations and Certifications.
