Justworks Names Michael Greten as Chief Financial Officer and Mario Springer as Vice President & Corporate Counsel

NEW YORK, NY--(Marketwired - Dec 12, 2016) - Justworks, the simple all-in-one benefits, HR, and payments platform, announced the appointments of Michael Greten as chief financial officer and Mario Springer as vice president and corporate counsel. In Greten's role, he will manage corporate accounting and financial planning for continued growth, while Springer will apply his expertise to managing compliance and legal for Justworks.

Before joining Justworks, Greten was vice president of Finance & Accounting at iCIMS, Inc., where he drove significant growth and third-party investment. Prior to that, as controller and treasurer of RiskMetrics Group, Greten saw the company through its IPO and acquisition by MSCI, Inc. Earlier roles included AIG and Chase. Drawing on this depth of experience, Greten will work with the Justworks team to identify opportunities for growth while strengthening the company's infrastructure.

Prior to ADP, Springer held associate positions at Morgan, Lewis & Bockius LLP and Greenberg Traurig, where he handled corporate and commercial real estate matters. In his role as vice president and corporate counsel, Springer will help Justworks fine-tune its compliance and legal efforts as the regulatory landscape evolves and as Justworks expands into new markets.
