SALT LAKE CITY, UT--(Marketwired - Dec 13, 2016) - Sack Lunch Productions, Inc. (OTC PINK: SAKL) subsidiary Slide the City Productions Inc. announced today that the original patent application made on February 2, 2015 was issued on August 9, 2016. All rights to the patent were fully conveyed to Slide the City Productions on November 29, 2016. The Patent Number is 9409094.

The patent is titled as the "Slide System" which covers our unique slide design. The invention of the slide including the water manifolds, structural and design features are covered under the patent.

Richard Surber, CEO, commented, "Our patented Slide System will further secure our dominant position in the market. The tremendous attention garnered by Slide the City® attracted many copy cats that attempted to steal our systems and concepts. In fact, competitors have gone so far as to retain manufacturers in China in an attempt to use our intellectual property as their own. Our successes in obtaining patents and registered trademarks, such as Color Me Rad®, Lantern Fest®, Trike Riot® and The Dirty Dash® beyond Slide the City® will be instrumental in protecting our various brands and businesses as we grow in the coming years."
