Bel Announces Global Distribution Agreement with Arrow Electronics


JERSEY CITY, NJ--(Marketwired - Dec 14, 2016) - Bel Fuse Inc., (NASDAQ: BELFA) (NASDAQ: BELFB), a leading global manufacturer of products that power, protect and connect electronic circuits, announced that it has executed an agreement with Arrow Electronics, providing for worldwide distribution and support for all current and future Bel subsidiaries in numerous product areas.

Bel offers a broad portfolio of products across three major product groups including Power Solutions and Protection, Connectivity Solutions and Magnetics Solutions and has more than 5 decades of experience working alongside Arrow to provide innovative solutions and services to the market. The new global agreement expands the range of Bel's product offering to Arrow and replaces the North America agreements previously in place with many of Bel's subsidiaries, allowing Bel more access to Arrow's expansive reach into international markets.
