Grand Rapids, Jan. 13, 2017 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Innovative Client Connections is ending the year with continued plans for expansion in the first quarter of 2017.  The key to this success is their unique program for developing managers.  Through the Management Training Program, Innovative Client Connection has already promoted eight managers, with four more by March 2017.

Owned and operated by Calvin Fant, Innovative Client Connections is a marketing firm specializing in customer acquisition and retention programs that bring their clients’ new customers, increased revenue and brand awareness.  The firm works hand in hand with some of the biggest retailers in the world to offer customers a unique shopping experience. These campaigns take place in-store and can dramatically increase production for their clients’ products and services.

In 2016 the company saw unprecedented growth with expansion of satellite offices in Illinois (Bloomington and Peoria), Indiana (South Bend and Indianapolis), and Ohio (Sandusky).  The expansion into these cities is in line with the aggressive strategy of Calvin Fant, “Our greatest natural resource is not those that come before us, but those that come after.

Calvin Fant oversees 11 locations throughout the United States. Innovative Client Connections currently has six locations in MI, two in Indiana, two in Illinois, and most recently, one in Ohio.

According to Fant, “We continue to thrive on closing the gap between people and products.”  Over the past 8 months, Innovative Client Connections saw 75% in growth, and a 50% increase in productivity.  This prompted the organization to develop an aggressive marketing expansion strategy for next year and beyond.

In addition to expansion in new markets outside of Michigan, Innovative Client Connections will continue to develop it’s local market presence with immediate plans for offices in Traverse City, Port Huron, and the Greater Grand Rapids areas.  This type of territory growth will allow Innovative Client Connections to remain the leader in in-store marketing both locally, and nationally.   This expansion will allow the organization to realize Fant’s corporate growth strategy for 2017, and beyond.

According to Fant, “our goal as an organization is to continue to be a part of the fabric of our local community, while also expanding our network of partners as outreach support for our offices throughout the Midwest.”
