Elematic Oyj applies for delisting of its bond

In accordance with the Amended Bond Terms and Conditions of the EUR 35,000,000 bonds issued by Elematic Oyj ("Elematic") (the "Bonds"), Elematic had today submitted an application to Nasdaq Helsinki Ltd to terminate trading on the Bonds on Nasdaq Helsinki main list as soon as possible.
