NOTICE TO NOTEHOLDERS REGARDING THE COVENANTS OF THE ISSUER
Further to the release on 3 February 2017 of the third quarter results for the quarter ended 31 December 2016 ("the Q3 results") on the Issuer's website, the Issuer would like to highlight that the Capital Adequacy Ratio remains above the covenant level of 30% but below the target level of 36%. The Issuer has further disclosed in the Q3 results that in the absence of a capital injection or a material improvement in the trading results of the Group in the near term, a breach of the covenant level is a strong possibility.
