Norway Royal Salmon ASA (NRS) today sold 50,883 shares at a price of NOK 158.76 per share in connection with management's synthetic stock option scheme.
The participants in the synthetic stock option scheme have an obligation to buy NRS shares for the paid bonus amount after tax, at the volume weighted average price for the share in the period from 15 March to 28 March. The average price is 158.76 per share.
After these transactions NRS holds 647,396 treasury shares and has contractual rights to 1,754,691 own shares, constituting 5.51 percent of the issued share capital.
In connection with the stock option scheme the following primary insiders in NRS bought shares at a price of NOK 158.76 per share:
Ola Loe purchased through related parties 29,682 shares. Total holding after the purchase is 215,774 Norway Royal Salmon shares.
Klaus Hatlebrekke purchased through related parties 21,201 shares. Total holding after the purchase is 137,347 Norway Royal Salmon shares.
