NOTICE TO NOTEHOLDERS REGARDING REAL PEOPLE'S FINANCIAL POSITION AND CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT
Real People advises bondholders that, further to the release of 24 February 2017 regarding the financial position of the Issuer, the Capital Adequacy Ratio remains under pressure and the Issuer is at present engaging in discussions with funders to agree an appropriate remedy plan.
Bondholders are further advised to exercise caution when trading the Issuer's notes until such time that Real People are in a position to provide further detail.
