Freddie Mac Announces the Issuance of a New Three-Year Reference Notes Security

MCLEAN, VA--(Marketwired - Apr 18, 2017) - Freddie Mac (OTCQB: FMCC) announced today that it plans to issue a new three-year USD Reference Notes® security, CUSIP number 3137EAEF2, due on April 20, 2020. The issue will be priced on Wednesday, April 19, 2017, and will settle on Thursday, April 20, 2017, at benchmark size.

The new three-year Reference Notes security will be offered via a syndicate of dealers headed by Citigroup Global Markets Inc., Wells Fargo Securities, Inc. and TD Securities.
