Filing of the 2016 Registration Document

Groupe Fnac announces that it registered its 2016 Registration Document (Document de référence) with the French Autorité des Marchés Financiers (AMF) on Friday 14^th, 2017.

The 2016 Registration Document includes:

            - The 2016 financial report;

            - The report of the Chairman of the Board of Directors on the conditions for preparing and

            organizing the Board's activities and the internal control procedures;

            - Details of the 2016 fees paid to the statutory auditors;

            - The description of the share repurchase program.

The French version of the Registration Document is available on the website of the AMF (www.amf-france.org) and on the website of Fnac Darty at the following address www.fnacdarty.com under the section "Finance \ Publications".

The English translation of the Registration document will be made soon available on the Company's website.
