Nilörn Denmark A/S, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Nilörngruppen AB, has acquired assets from HC Etiketter A/S on 19 April. The assets consist of inventories with approximately value of 2 MDKK and clients with an estimated annual turnover of 10-12 MDKK. The purchase price is preliminary calculated to DKK 6.5m.
Through the acquisition, Nilörn receives additional interesting customers both in the Danish and German markets, which are expected to be satisfied through Nilörn's high level of service and strong total concepts.
