About changes in the Board

On April 20, 2017 JSC „Rīgas juvelierizstrādājumu rūpnīca” Council has made the decision on a choice of Board of directors. Chosen Vladimirs Cadovičs (Chairman of the Board), Aleksandrs Struļevičs, Aleksandrs Ančevskis for the term of five years.

 
1.Vladimirs Cadovičs – Chairman of the Board

April 2012 till April 2017 JSC „Rīgas juvelierizstrādājumu rūpnīca” Chairman of the Board.

The member of the Board Vladimirs Cadovičs owns 531 785 shares of JSC "Rīgas juvelierizstrādājumu rūpnīca".

2.Aleksandrs Struļevičs – Member of the Board

April 2012 till April 2017 JSC „Rīgas juvelierizstrādājumu rūpnīca” Member of the Board.

The member of the Board Aleksandrs Struļevičs does not own the shares of JSC "Rīgas juvelierizstrādājumu rūpnīca".

3.Aleksandrs Ančevskis – Member of the Board

April 2012 till April 2017 JSC „Rīgas juvelierizstrādājumu rūpnīca” Member of the Board.

The  member of the Board Aleksandrs Ančevskis owns 6 300 shares of JSC "Rīgas juvelierizstrādājumu rūpnīca".
