The Valley Management Group Makes Groundbreaking Strides

Tempe, Arizona , May 05, 2017 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- The Valley Management Group took the southwest by storm this year, already quintupling the company’s foothold throughout the Phoenix area. Director of Operations, Kurtis Spahr quickly made his mark in the Grand Canyon State, proving The Valley is a force to be reckoned with in 2017.

In January, The Valley Management Group oversaw marketing and promotional operations for several multi-million dollar clients in two local, Phoenix locations. Three short months later, nearly doubling every major projection released at the turn of the year, the company grew into nine more locations.

Their metropolitan reach now extends from Phoenix to Surprise, Scottsdale, Tempe, Maricopa and Glendale. The ability for The Valley Management Group to expand at such a rapid rate and sustain remarkable production across the region is unprecedented.

Kurtis explains the catalyst behind the revolution now dubbed the ‘Phoenix Phenomena’ in saying, “We owe 100% of our recent growth to our associates. They are the true heroes in this story. Their motivational leadership, and their ability to lift each other up in such a positive way is remarkable.”

“Revolutionizing the promotional marketing game throughout the Phoenix area is just the start,” says Human Resources Director Jessie Kohler, as she hints at another surge of growth expected in Prescott and Tucson.

As The Valley begins to settle into their newly acquired territories, the executive team takes on another initiative; community outreach.

“It is incredibly important that the local residents know The Valley Management Group is on their side. We are willing to put in work to ensure a better future for our children and our neighborhoods,” says Kurtis.

The first of many charities Kurtis and The Valley team vow to give their time to is ‘Feed My Starving Children’. On May 2nd, on Alma School Road in Mesa, several associates assisted the foundation in their daily duties of packing and arranging meals for those in need.

“We love to have fun,” explains Jessie. “Our associates had a blast preparing meals to be shipped out nationally for the less fortunate. Our team always turns fun events like this one into friendly competitions. We probably helped pack 178 boxes, which provided 38,448 meals for nearly 105 children. It was an incredibly humbling and positive experience.”

The unwavering commitment to business growth and local outreach beams from the thriving marketing firm. To continue to help their local and national efforts, join the movement by visiting www.thevalleygroupphoenix.com.
