The 2017 Innovation Awards winners are:

  • Allegis Group – Allegis Group, the global leader in talent solutions, needed to drive trusted, 360-degree customer views and improved analytics across its more than 500 offices. To link and manage multiple, previously un-linkable data while enabling new processes, governance and quality standards, Allegis Group deployed Informatica MDM with Informatica Big Data Relationship Management® and DaaS capabilities.   • Freddie Mac with KPMG – Chartered by Congress to provide liquidity, stability and affordability to the U.S. housing market, Freddie Mac deployed Informatica Data Quality, Informatica MDM and Informatica Metadata Manager and Business Analyst as part of its efforts to accurately inform business decisions and streamline the management and mining of more than 5.3 billion data points.
  • Eli Lilly Japan K.K. – Eli Lilly Japan K.K., a subsidiary of leading global pharmaceutical company Eli Lilly & Company, aspires to improve outcomes for individual patients through innovative medicines and meaningful solutions, while providing unparalleled customer experiences. To accomplish this, the company launched a data transformation program using Informatica, to significantly modernize its data infrastructure, improve operational efficiency, add data integration capabilities and substantially enhance data governance.   • KPN – Dutch telecom leader Royal KPN used Informatica to deliver a centrally managed, trusted view of its data and increase collaboration across the enterprise. The approach helped improve KPN's customer loyalty scores and reduce data-related processes by 60 percent.
  • McKesson with partner Slalom Consulting – McKesson wanted its new Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) solution for its McKesson Technology Solutions (MTS)[1] segment to provide accurate and consolidated customer information. Yet, no single view of the customer was possible across MTS’ five business units as each of them ran its own instance of Salesforce. With strategic and project support from Slalom, a purpose-driven consulting firm, MTS implemented Informatica Cloud® Customer 360 to perform customer master harmonization within Salesforce, along with Informatica DaaS, to enrich and increase the accuracy of customer records. As a result, MTS streamlined its order-to-cash operations, reduced the time and resources required to manage customer data, and gained access to consolidated master customer records. 
  • Raymond James Financial – As a diversified financial services firm, Raymond James must track and monitor critical financial data and ensure client privacy.
