JSC “Rietumu Asset Management” IMF hereby announces the changes within its supervisory board.
Following members leave the supervisory board as of 23.05.2017:
- Iļja Suharenko – supervisory board member (elected on 29.01.2014)
Following members join the management board as of 23.05.2017:
- Valerijs Kairovs – supervisory board member
Remaining supervisory board members – Arkādijs Suharenko (chairperson) and Alexander Pankov (deputy chairperson) – re-elected for the new term and retain their positions.
Information about the professional background of the new board member:
V. Kairovs holds a graduate degree of laws and is an author/co-author of more than 20 academic papers. Since 2007 V. Kairovs acts as a judge within the arbitral tribunal of the Association of Latvian Commercial Banks. Starting with March 2017 V. Kairovs is a member of an Audit committee at JSC "Rietumu Banka".
