BRG Sponsors ABA CJS Global White Collar Crime Institute June 7-8 in Sao Paulo, Brazil


EMERYVILLE, CA--(Marketwired - June 01, 2017) - Global strategic advisory and expert consulting firm Berkeley Research Group will sponsor the ABA Criminal Justice Section (CJS) Second Global White Collar Crime Institute on June 7-8, 2017 in São Paulo, Brazil. The institute will explore the legal complexities of white collar crime in the growing Latin American legal market.

BRG's Head of Latin America, Frank Holder, will be a speaker on June 7 in Plenary Session II, "Trends Regarding Global Anti-Corruption Enforcement." He will address topics including recent trends arising from the enforcement of anti-corruption laws by governments around the world; joint monitorships; compliance programs; and the role of whistleblowers, confidential leaks and due diligence.
