Media Advisory: Lawsuit against Premier and Ministers goes to court Monday


TORONTO, ONTARIO--(Marketwired - June 9, 2017) - The lawsuit against the Premier and Ministers of Energy and Finance, for misfeasance over the sale of shares in Hydro One, will begin Monday morning.

The misfeasance suit, filed by Fred Hahn and the Canadian Union of Public Employees (CUPE) in December, is set to overcome its first hurdle as the government tries to make a case for dismissal. The hearing begins at 10:00 a.m.
