MONTREAL, QC--(Marketwired - Jun 22, 2017) - Power Survey and Equipment Ltd. announced the addition of three new members of its Board of Directors.

Joining the Board of Directors are Kieran Coulton, Michael Edmonds and Christopher T. Hutter. Keiran Coulton has over 30 years' experience in Manufacturing Industries. He joined GE Energy as the President of GE Energy Global Industries in January 2011. He is driving accelerated global growth across the Energy portfolio, using both organic and inorganic strategies, in the industrial segments of Mining, Petrochemicals, Metals, Food & Beverage, and Heavy Oil, helping solve industry's toughest problems using a global team of sales, marketing, and application engineering personnel to deliver superior value to customers in these segments.

Keiran brings extensive experience in general management, sales and marketing, arriving at GE after more than 25 years at Rockwell Automation, where he supplied services and products to industrial and commercial customers on a global scale. His most recent roles at Rockwell included Senior Vice President Global Industry Solutions, based in the US; and President Asia Pacific, based in Hong Kong. Prior to his work at Rockwell, he spent eight years with the British Royal Navy where he served as a Weapons Electrical officer. He currently advises Advent International on the Industrial marketplace and has successfully participated in a number of successful campaigns. He also advises the City of Suining Sechuan China on their industrial policy and has numerous engagements in the Oil and Gas equipment sector.

He is a British Citizen and gained his Engineering credentials at the University of Southampton UK. He also holds a US Green Card and resides in Florida.

Based at S&C Electric Company's headquarters Chicago, Illinois, Michael Edmonds is President of the US business with P&L responsibility. This consists of all aspects of the business go-to-market strategy for the US market to solve customer problems ranging from traditional switching and protection, grid reliability, power quality, energy storage, microgrids, asset management, grid network control, software and the grid connectivity systems required to enable the grid. Previous roles at S&C include VP Strategic Solutions and Global Director Smart Grid covering strategy, product management and marketing.

Prior to joining S&C Electric in 2010, his previous roles included VP & GM of Siemens Energy Automation and Power Technologies, Inc. (PTI). With these positions, he was responsible for the business of real-time energy management (EMS/DMS) and network planning businesses.

Christopher T. Hutter is the Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of PowerSecure International, Inc., an energy products and services company serving utilities and large industrial and commercial customers. PowerSecure was an NYSE-listed company until 2016, when it was purchased by Southern Company, one of the largest utilities in North America. PowerSecure has delivered industry-leading growth and serves customers with distributed generation, energy storage, microgrids, energy efficiency, and utility infrastructure solutions. Prior to serving as PowerSecure's COO, he was the company's Chief Financial Officer. Prior to joining PowerSecure in 2007, he was employed in various management positions from 1993-2007 with ADVO, Inc., a NYSE‐listed marketing services company. ADVO was also acquired by a large strategic buyer, Valassis Communications, Inc., in 2007. Early in his career, Chris worked at the accounting firm Deloitte & Touche. Chris has an MBA from Duke University's Fuqua School of Business, and a B.S. in Accounting from Case Western Reserve University.
