New tool lets users submit product recommendations, suggestions and innovations directly to TOPdesk developers for possible inclusion in future product additions, features and enhancements.

If a user suggestion has previously been made, TIP automatically lists these on the user’s screen where they can select from topics previously submitted by another user or they can choose to move forward with their own unique suggestion. Users who wish to submit a suggestion of their own provide details about the requested feature, the reason for it and a description of their current workaround within TOPdesk’s service management solution.
