The establishment of the mortgage in the sum of EUR 6,110,000 and the conclusion of the senior financing loan agreement has caused the need for changes in the Issue Terms. The Issuer is requesting for Investors’ consent to change the Terms as some provisions in the current wording of the Terms are not fully in line with the senior financing loan agreement. Each Bondholder shall be contacted by the Issuer and a request of consent shall be forwarded personally (the request shall be in both English and Estonian).
