JustRight Surgical(R) Announces New CEO

LOUISVILLE, CO--(Marketwired - Jul 27, 2017) - JustRight Surgical, LLC, the pediatric medical device company, announced that Robert Kline has joined the company as CEO. Mr. Kline replaces co-Founder and CEO, Russ Lindemann, who is retiring but will remain on the Board. Mr. Lindemann led the company since its inception in 2010.

Kline is an entrepreneur and executive with more than 25 years of experience in the healthcare and life science industries. Most recently, Kline was President and CEO of ViroCyt, Inc., a biotech tools company that was acquired by Sartorius AG in July 2016. Previously, Kline was the Founder, President and CEO of Medivance, Inc., which he built into the worldwide leader in therapeutic hypothermia treatment for critically ill patients. Medivance was acquired by CR Bard in 2011 for $260M and Kline was named Entrepreneur of the Year for the Mountain/Desert Region by Ernst and Young.

"JustRight Surgical is gaining momentum in the marketplace and due to personal considerations, I felt it was an ideal time to reduce my involvement with the company to my Board responsibilities," said Mr. Lindemann.

Mr. Kline stated, "I am excited to join the JustRight Team and the opportunity to build upon the exceptional accomplishments of Russ and the Founding Team."
