The Apex Firm Announces Exciting Expansion Project

Texarkana, AR, Aug. 07, 2017 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- One of the fastest growing marketing and advertising consulting firms in Texarkana, AR is about to see their hard work come to fruition with an expansion very close on the horizon. CEO and founder of The Apex Firm, Willie Anderson, recently announced that account manager, Fedarice Brou will soon be promoted to Director of Operations and will lead the company’s expansion to East Texas.

Upon joining the firm in March of this year, Brou quickly became a vital leader within the organization and was a clear choice to lead the expansion project.

“People want to follow him,” Anderson asserted, “He constantly raises the bar, not only for the office and the team, but for himself as well. He leads from the front by helping others improve, showing great work ethic, and being reliable.”

The soon to be Director of Operations, Brou, is more than excited to take on this new business venture, even though sales and marketing wasn’t his intended career field. As a matter of fact, Brou graduated in 2015 from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette with a degree in petroleum engineering. After two years in the job force, Brou began looking for a new opportunity and found one at The Apex Firm.

“What drew me in to this company was the intensity in which Willie promoted growth. The idea of being in control of my own destiny was really appealing and motivated me to make a switch,” said Brou.

It’s safe to say that Brou’s leap of faith ended up successful. However, according to the future director, he faced some challenges along the way. One of those challenges being the ability to overcome complacency and strengthen his hunger for knowledge. Which is now one of his greatest strengths.

“I had to push myself to continue learning and not take a break just because I achieved my goal,” explained Brou. “Now when I achieve a goal, my favorite thing to do is celebrate by rewarding myself with a bigger goal, one that would not have been attainable if not for the work I put in to obtain my original, smaller goal.”

Aiding in the expansion is account manager and client representative, David Maberry. Maberry started his career in construction after graduating in 2016, but like Brou, soon found himself looking for a new career and joined the team at The Apex Firm. Maberry was instantly attracted to the ‘No-Seniority’ advancement policy. To him, that meant he would have a chance to show what he is capable of and be rewarded for his hard work. Which is exactly what happened when he was selected to be Brou’s right-hand in executing the expansion.

“I’m ready to get the new branch officially open and established in our new market. I’m also excited for all the management skills and business knowledge that I’m going to learn along the way; which I plan to then teach to others as well,” professed Maberry.

There’s no doubt that the expansion team will be successful since the firm’s training revolves heavily around its core values: self-improvement, integrity, idealism, courage, honesty, unselfishness, self-discipline, and self-respect. All of which, Anderson credits his business’ success to.

Not only does The Apex Firm pride itself in its ability to retain valued clients and customers, but also in the fact that the firm has been proven to be one of the highest paying marketing firms in the Texarkana area. This is due to The Apex Firm’s dedication to the success of its team members and, most of all, the hard work of the forces that made the firm as successful as it is today.

Moving forward, Anderson has large aspirations for the marketing firm and his team. According to the director, nothing would make him more excited than another expansion project.

“We’re never going to stop wanting to grow,” said Anderson. “I’m ready to see what my team can do and how far we can go.”
