ZKIN ended its first day of trading on NASDAQ with the Company's ordinary shares up 69% to $8.45/share. Boustead Securities, LLC ("Boustead") was the Sole Underwriter and completed the initial public offering ("IPO") of 1,068,346 of ZKIN's ordinary shares at a price of $5.00 per share for a total of $5,341,730.00 in gross proceeds to the Company before underwriting discounts, commissions and offering expenses, on August 30, 2017.
