The panel discussion and networking event will feature a keynote presentation by VP & Chief Information Security Officer of Johnson & Johnson, Marene Allison and honored guest Lt. Gov. Kim Guadagno.

Proactively addressing the gender gap in the technology industry, the iCIMS Women in Technology initiative empowers both male and female employees to take advantage of leadership training opportunities, develop mentor relationships, and recognize the success that all employees can have, regardless of gender.
