New York, NY, Oct. 16, 2017 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Mauviel 1830 and the Association Les Grandes Tables du Monde have joined together for the second annual “best restaurant manager 2017” award. The award pays tribute and rewards restaurant managers so they can be recognized in the important role they play in the gastronomic experience. Serge Schaal, La Fourchette des Ducs in Obernai (France) and Vice-President of the Association Les Grandes Tables du Monde, orchestrated this initiative.
The winner will be announced on October 18 at 10am at a press event in New York City at Williams-Sonoma, Columbus Circle.
