Greenland Resources Inc. ("Greenland Resources" or the "Company") is pleased to announce that the Company is offering up to 13,333,333 shares (the "Shares") of the Company at a price of $0.15 per Share for gross proceeds of up to $2,000,000 (the "Offering).
