USHCC Announces UPS as Annual ERG Summit & Corporate Challenge Winner


Washington, D.C, Oct. 18, 2017 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- The United States Hispanic Chamber of Commerce (USHCC) is proud to announce UPS as the nation’s top Employee Resource Group (ERG) during the 2017 USHCC Annual ERG Summit and Corporate Challenge in Dallas, TX. Shell and Southern California Edison are recognized with the second and third place, respectively.

 

The ERG Summit and Corporate Challenge brings together ERGs from across the nation to share best practices and provide compelling results on the value of diversity in corporate America, a key component of the USHCC’s National Convention. ERGs serve as a critical asset to corporations in their efforts to inform corporate strategies, develop talent, expand consumer segments, and recruit the best and brightest employees.
