Med henvisning til værdipapirhandelslovens § 29 og selskabslovens § 55 meddeles det hermed, at DG BYG ApS d.d. har oplyst overfor Victoria Properties A/S, at DG BYG ApS har solgt nom. DKK 720.000 aktier á DKK 1 i Victoria Properties A/S.
Før transaktionen ejede DG BYG ApS nom. DKK 4.836.000 aktier á DKK 1 i Victoria Properties A/S, svarende til 25,92 %.
Efter transaktionen har DG BYG ApS en ejerandel i Victoria Properties A/S på nom. DKK 4.116.000 aktier á DKK 1 svarende til 22,06% af kapitalen.
