Sandy Lake Gold Inc. Announces Increase in Private Placement Financing

TORONTO, Nov. 02, 2017 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Sandy Lake Gold Inc. ("Sandy Lake" or the "Company") (TSXV:SLAU) is pleased to announce that it proposes to increase the size of its previously announced non-brokered private placement (the “Offering”), such that it will now issue up to (i) 3,000,000 units (“Units”); and (ii) 5,000,000 special warrants (“Special Warrants”), each at a price of $0.05 to raise aggregate gross proceeds of up to $400,000. 

All other terms of the Offering remain the same as previously disclosed in the press release of the Company dated October 30, 2017, available on SEDAR at www.sedar.com.  The Offering remains subject to the receipt of all applicable regulatory approvals.
