NICOSIA, CYPRUS--(Marketwired - Nov 6, 2017) - Scandsib Holdings Ltd Cyprus (the "Issuer"), has mandated Merdeka Capital Limited as Joint Global Coordinator, Joint Bookrunner, and Joint Lead Manager, to arrange a series of fixed income investor meetings in Vienna, Zurich, Geneva, London, and Moscow, commencing on 6 November 2017.

A proposed Regulation S only offering of Euro-denominated Global notes (the "Global Notes") of the Issuer will follow, subject to market conditions and investors' interest. The Global Notes are expected not to be rated. FCA / ICMA stabilisation applies.
