The offering (the "Offering") of up to 1,255,000 new B shares in Ambu A/S ("Ambu "or the "Company") has now been completed through an accelerated bookbuilding process. Reference is made to company announcement no. 04 2017/18 of 14 November 2017.
As part of the Offering, Ambu will issue a total of 1,255,000 new B shares at a subscription price of DKK 537 per share, resulting in gross proceeds for Ambu totalling DKK 674 million.
