During its meeting of 16 November 2017, the Board of Directors noted the resignation of Mr. Guy Van Wymersch-Moons as a member of the Board of Directors. 
The Board of Directors will take the necessary measures to provide replacement for Mr. Van Wymersch-Moons as soon as possible. 
Befimmo wishes to thank Mr. Van Wymersch-Moons for his contribution to the work of the Board of Directors.
