iCIMS Inc., a leading provider of cloud-based talent acquisition solutions, announced today that the company’s Chief Marketing Officer, Susan Vitale, was honored with a Stevie Award for Women in Business.
During an award ceremony last Friday, Vitale was named a silver award recipient as a Female Executive of the Year for companies with 11 to 2,500 employees. The Stevie Awards for Women in Business are the world’s premiere business awards for female entrepreneurs, executives, employees and the organizations they run.

Vitale is the youngest and only female C-level executive at iCIMS. She earned her current title of CMO at the age of 30, a result of advancing alongside the high-growth company where she began her career in 2005. She is ultimately responsible for conveying the iCIMS story across various audiences, including prospective and existing customers, the media, industry thought leaders, employees and candidates. Vitale oversees the company’s brand and marketing strategy across public relations, partnerships, demand generation, events, advertising, product marketing and content marketing.
In April, she was recognized for her accomplishments and named to the 2017 NJBIZ Best 50 Women in Business list, which recognizes the most dynamic business women who have proven to be not only influential in their industries, but leaders in their professional communities. Last month, iCIMS was included on the annual list of Top Companies for Women Technologists by the Anita Borg Institute.
