CloudScale365, Inc., will add FuturTech Consulting’s extensive experience in technology planning, application development, Unified Communications, office cabling services, and desktop support to its current solutions portfolio of public, private and hybrid Cloud services, hosted SharePoint and Exchange, and device and infrastructure management. The combined company will support more than 3,100 customers globally and in the tri-state area.

CloudScale365, Inc, the surviving corporate entity, will remain a privately held company. Michael Nardo, FuturTech Consulting CEO and Founder, will transition to the CloudScale365 Board of Directors as a result of the transaction. The CloudScale365 senior management team will combine leaders from both companies including Eric Church as CTO, Elizabeth Sylves as VP of Sales and Marketing, Pierre Lucero as VP of Operations, Steve Daneshar as VP of Hosting and Support, Alvin Sanchez as VP of Engineering, Mike Li as VP of Application Development, and Kevin Mendez as VP of Unified Communications.
