Glint Named One of the Best Places to Work in 2018, a Glassdoor Employees’ Choice Award Winner

The Company Behind the People Success Platform Ranks No. 7 on the National List

REDWOOD CITY, Calif., Dec. 06, 2017 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Glint, the people success platform that helps leading organizations increase employee engagement, develop their people, and improve business results, has been honored with a Glassdoor Employees’ Choice Award, recognizing the Best Places to Work in 2018. The Employees’ Choice Awards program relies solely on the feedback of employees, who elect to publicly share their opinions about their jobs, work environments, and companies via Glassdoor.

“We’re proud and humbled to be recognized for the quality of our workplace — especially when the input comes directly from the voices of our people,” said Alexandra Coonce, VP of People and Culture at Glint. “We strive together every day to create an environment where our team can grow, connect, play, and do their best work. I’m thrilled that our employees have shared their feedback so generously, allowing us to continuously improve our workplace and help our people be happier and more successful.”

Employee feedback is central to Glint’s mission, which aims to help organizations continuously listen to the employee voice and guide HR, leaders, and managers along the path to improvement. Organizations around the world use the people success platform to understand employee feedback and take ongoing, targeted actions to increase employee engagement and improve the business outcomes that lead to company success.

“We know that deeply understanding what matters to our people — in our case, factors like purpose, personal development, and human connection — and continuously delivering on that understanding will help us be more successful in the long-run,” said Jim Barnett, Glint CEO and chairman. “We often hear from our customers that our platform and model are helping them build stronger teams and more successful employees. Hearing the same feedback from our own employees — that we’re building this type of workplace — is especially meaningful. To all our people, who come to work each day with passion, authenticity, and commitment, thank you.”

Glint was recently recognized on the 2017 LinkedIn Top Companies | Startups list, which identifies the top companies that have grown rapidly and become desirable talent magnets, attracting an outsized volume of job-hunters’ interest.

The Best Places to Work are determined using company reviews shared by U.S.-based employees between November 1, 2016 and October 22, 2017. To be considered for the small & medium category, a company must have less than 1,000 employees and have received at least 25 ratings across eight workplace attributes from U.S.-based employees during the period of eligibility. The final list is compiled based on Glassdoor’s proprietary algorithm, and takes into account quantity, quality and consistency of reviews.
