PLYMOUTH, Minn., Dec. 13, 2017 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Effective January 2, 2018, Mortgage Lending Services, LLC., will change its name to TruStone Home Mortgage, LLC. This new name leverages the marketplace presence of its parent company, TruStone Financial Federal Credit Union.
Mortgage Lending Services was founded in 1986 to provide additional mortgage services to credit union members. Since then, the company has grown to include over 30 mortgage originators throughout Minnesota and Wisconsin and an in-house underwriting, processing and servicing team. Mortgage Lending Services specializes in first-mortgages and provides mortgage programs for several credit unions throughout Minnesota.
Over the last six years, Mortgage Lending Services has seen sizable growth, increasing mortgage production by 240%. As a result the company has supported more borrowers year-over-year. In 2017 alone, the company has helped more than 1,100 families make a house their home.
