Safeware Expands Product Protection Options for College Students with the Launch of an All-New Post Repair Program

Safeware’s Protection Plans are now more widely available to college students across the country thanks to an all new product line.

This new product offering protects devices that are up to four years old, are not currently covered by Safeware’s product protection, and have already experienced some form of damage or failure.

Over twenty-five percent of all claims reported to Safeware by college students are second, third, or even fourth instances of damage to the same device. The cost of repairs can add up quickly when students or their parents are forced to pay out of pocket for common occurrences like cracked screens or malfunctioning touchpads. Now, Safeware’s Post Repair Program will protect against these instances by offering coverage for additional damage that occurs up to one year after a repair. These plans allow students to have added peace of mind knowing their technology is fully protected.
