WAUWATOSA, WI , Jan. 22, 2018 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- On Tuesday January 16th our Elite Media team headed out to Shaumburg, Illinois (right outside of Chicago) to attend the Regional Leader Meeting at the Renaissance Hotel. At this event, offices from all over the Midwest came together for the day to hear some of our top managers in the business discuss important topics on success and growth in the business. Our attendees were also able to network with other account managers from the region as well.
This was one of the largest Regionals Meetings, and our team was super excited to hear some of our speakers, who are top leaders in the business, including our Racine owner, Andy Von Bank. Von Bank started at the entry level in our office and is now one of the top rookie managers in the program. Some topics discussed included interviewing tips, maintaining attitudes, management opportunities, team atmosphere, brand management, and how to set goals and build relationships with consumers & retail management. Each person spoke with confidence and experience, giving everyone tips and tricks of the business, and lending their knowledge to those working to be in their positions soon.
One really big topic that was also highlighted, by one of the largest partners of our company, was opportunity and expansion. He was really able to hone in on our management program like no other given the two decades worth of experience he brings to the table. For our company, we aim to have everyone be successful, to push themselves, always do better, and work their way into management. At Elite Media we take our employees growth very seriously and like to continuously provide travel opportunity to those that deserve it. Conferences like these provide great exposure to our up and coming talent. This only aids to the success of the overall company. Not only was this conference a great motivator for our team, but it also helped to bring attention to the amount of growth and opportunity that this company provides others, despite what their backgrounds may be. We want to focus on the drive, the focus and the results of our employees, and help them reach their full potential.
To finish off the night, our team had some time to network with some of the other offices that attended, and later headed out to our favorite pizza place, Giordano’s, for some classic Chicago style deep dish. Not only was this meeting a great opportunity for our team to learn more and better themselves, but we also enjoyed getting together and spending time with some of the other offices.
