The Company wishes to announce that it received notification on 16th February Virginia Holmes, a Non-Executive Director of the Company, bought 10,000 ordinary shares in the Company at a price of 1005 pence per share.
As a result of this transaction Virginia Holmes and her connected persons holds a total of 10,000 shares, 0.003% of the ordinary share capital of the Company (excluding treasury shares).
