APPOINTMENT OF FINANCIAL ADVISER AND BROKER
Cleantech Building Materials PLC ("CBM" or the "Company") is pleased to announce that it has appointed VSA Capital Limited ("VSA Capital") as its Financial Adviser and Broker.
VSA Capital is UK based and provides a variety of corporate finance and broker broking services to its clients, including ongoing long-term advice to listed companies across all jurisdictions on all aspects of interaction with new and existing shareholders. Working through its offices in London and Shanghai, VSA Capital has been appointed to assist the Company with sourcing capital to support the Company's plan to co-finance and build an Accoya® Wood factory together with a local Chinese partner.
