TORONTO, Feb. 28, 2018 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Zaff LLC (Zaff) announced that it has changed its name (the Name Change) from Zaff LLC to CL Fertilizers Holding LLC (CL Fertilizers). At the time of the Name Change, CL Fertilizers beneficially owned, or controlled or directed, directly or indirectly 81,452,992 Shares, representing 63.63% of the issued and outstanding Shares of Itafos (on an undiluted basis).
