8x8 (booth 506) will unveil new capabilities to help enterprises unify employee and customer engagement and demonstrate how 8x8 is infusing AI, machine learning and analytics into its cloud communications, collaboration and contact center platform to provide companies with actionable insights.

Aceyus (booth 1636) will present state-of-the-art dashboards that use innovative techniques to deliver visibility into contact center operations at a glance. These dashboards are easy to build and modify, so they can monitor all contact center channels from a single interface.
