Application to Wiener Börse
Cleantech Building Materials plc ("CBM" or "Company") is pleased to announce that it has made application to the Wiener Börse ("Vienna Stock Exchange") for the Company's ordinary shares to be included for trading on the Third Market of the Vienna Stock Exchange in Austria.
The Directors believe that such a quotation, in addition to the CBM's primary quotation on Nasdaq First North, will enhance the ability of investors, particularly those located in Central Europe, to deal in the Company's shares.
Further announcements, including when trading will commence on the Vienna Stock Exchange, will be made as appropriate.
