Med henvisning til lov om kapitalmarkeder § 38 og selskabslovens § 55 meddeles det hermed, at JRH ApS d.d. har oplyst overfor Victoria Properties A/S, at JRH ApS har solgt nom. DKK 321.500 aktier á DKK 1 i Victoria Properties A/S til kurs 3,0, hvilket giver en samlet pris på DKK 964.500.
Før transaktionen ejede JRH ApS nom. 1.065.000 aktier á DKK 1 i Victoria Properties A/S.
Efter transaktionen har JRH ApS en ejerandel i Victoria Properties A/S på nom. DKK 743.500 aktier á DKK 1, hvilket svarer til 4,0% af kapitalen.
