The Craig McConnon group is pleased to announce that they have recruited two new lighting technicians who will join the team in the beginning of May 2018. Lighting is imperative to creating a good event as it can provide a slick and modern addition to any celebration. These new technicians are highly trained in working with DMX controlled lighting and they will be able to create amazing lighting shows to go alongside our impressive DJ services.
Craig McConnon of the Craig McConnon Group added “We already have an impressive lighting team but we wanted to venture out and really offer some of the very best features that clients can use for their weddings. We already have one of the most impressive dance floor lighting effects and it really inspires your guests to get out and actually dance. The floor really does look visually stunning and guests are often blown away. We also offer up lighting and monogram to completely transform the whole room as well”.
The two new technicians will be working alongside the current lighting technicians and have over 5 years experience in working with lighting. The new up lighting package that is provided by the Craig McConnon Group wireless, state of the art LED lighting units that emit no heat whatsoever. The team also has the experience in program the lights in an array of colours of your choice and your order to match your desired colour scheme for your event.
Craig McConnon added “What I find at many events such as wedding, we generally see up lighting is overlooked as a whole which I find a real shame. The problem is that most clients do not really understand lighting enough to understand what they are missing out on. You can create the perfect atmosphere using creative LED systems, so for example you can tie in the whole entrance, bar, hallways and more. You can event have a specific colour for each unit, or a solid colour throughout. These small subtle changes make such a big difference and this is why lighting is so important. For us at the Craig McConnon Group, it is important to have the very best lighting technicians on our team so we are create truly amazing events”.
In addition to this, the Craig McConnon Group can also give their clients access to change the colours at events themselves by using their wireless up lighting from their own mobile phone. This works by installing an app on their phone and this means clients can actually control some of the lighting at their own disposal should they want to. It gives clients a bit of control should they want to, and gives a personal touch as well.

The two new lighting technicians will join the Craig McConnon Group at the beginning of May 2018.
