The Craig McConnon Group is pleased to announce they have acquired a new location in Sheffield where they can offer gigs in the future. The group has been in discussions over the last few months and are finally happy to confirm they have successfully confirmed this new location. This new location adds to Leicester and Nottingham which were secured in early 2018.

I must admit this was a real challenge and discussions took way longer than I expected they would. This location is a really special location and one of the best locations I have seen in a long time. I have to credit our management team for battling to secure this location and I cannot wait to sign up gigs to play in Sheffield moving forward. Its an exciting time for us here at the Craig McConnon Group”.
Craig McConnon further continued “We actually started discussions for three locations a few months ago which included Sheffield, Leeds and Liverpool. I am afraid the location in Leeds failed in our final checks so we pulled out of that deal but the Leeds location is still very much a go and I am hopeful we can add this location very soon in the future. Securing these new locations involves a huge amount of work and a lot of hard work and due diligence goes into this process to ensure the location is right for us as a company. I am lucky that we do have a very strong management team in place who have worked around the clock to secure Sheffield and I am confident they will add Leeds very soon too”.
The Craig McConnon Group is headquartered in London and was set up 5 years ago by Craig McConnon. Since then the group has grown and grown and now have a team of over 30 professionals which includes DJs, Music Artists, Lighting Technicians and much more. The company is extremely ambitious and has big expansion plans to secure venues all across the UK and to become one of the largest companies combining great DJs and lighting technicians together.
Craig McConnon added “I am buzzing with our Sheffield location and I have agreed with the team that I personally will start the first few gigs at this location. I am based in London, so its not a close journey but this location feels so special to me so I want to be there on the frontline and I want to be the DJ at the first few events. I do have some space in my diary so I hope we do get some confirmed bookings soon. We have already had a few initial enquiries so it will be really special to have the first gig in Sheffield. I am now in the process of looking for highly qualified DJs in Sheffield who can join our team and they will look after the future gigs at this location”.
The Craig McConnon Group continues to grow and has exciting plans to further expand in 2018. The group plans to grow its employees to in excess of 50 by the end of 2018 and wants to keep adding 1-2 new locations each month moving forward.
