Capital increase through the exercise of subscription rights
Following the decisions taken by the Extraordinary General Meeting of April 23, 2008 to issue a maximum of 3,000 subscription rights as part of the stock option plan in favour of certain directors, employees and permanent contractors of the company, its subsidiaries and lower-tire subsidiaries, the creation of 2,650 new shares has been recorded on April 27, 2018. These 2,650 new shares issued at a price of EUR 294,50 each shall be admitted to trading on Euronext Brussels as of May 3, 2018.
