(TSX:KLS) (NYSE American:KIQ) (“Kelso” or the “Company”) announces the following voting results following the Company’s 2018 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (the “Meeting”) which was held June 7, 2018 in Vancouver.

A total of 20,505,479 common shares of the 47,170,086 common shares outstanding at the record date were voted at the Meeting, representing 43.47% of the issued and outstanding common shares of the Company at the record date.

In addition, by resolution passed by an 77.62% affirmative vote, Smythe, LLP, Chartered Professional Accounts were appointed auditor of the Company for the coming year and authorized the Company’s board of directors to fix the auditors remuneration.
