The council member has resigned in order to avoid potential conflicts of interest with his work in the board of BlueOrange Bank that is also financing small and medium sized businesses. On June 11, 2018 board of Capitalia has announced shareholders' meeting that will take place in 1 months' time in order to elect new supervisory board member in place of Jānis Dubrovskis.
